Link your Paytm for Business account
Connect the Paytm account you already use so live payments land in it.
Updated
Live payments go straight into your own Paytm for Business account — ShubhGateway never holds your money. Open Payments → Business & UPI and choose one of two ways to link it:
1. MID + UPI ID (recommended)
- Enter your Merchant ID (MID) and your account's UPI ID (for example
paytmqr…@paytm). - Works with any Paytm for Business account. Nothing secret is shared.
- Payments are confirmed by checking Paytm every 10 seconds — usually 10–20 seconds after the customer pays. If Paytm can't confirm one, you can confirm it with the UTR from the payment's page.
2. Merchant key
- Enter your MID, Merchant Key, Client ID and POS ID (from Paytm for Business → Developer settings).
- Needs Dynamic QR enabled on your Paytm account (Paytm offers this to select merchants).
- Confirmed by Paytm's signed webhook within a few seconds.
You can find your MID in the Paytm for Business app (Profile) or the Paytm for Business dashboard. Your integration with ShubhGateway is the same either way, and you can switch later.
Good to know: Paytm for Business UPI IDs are in-store merchants, so customers pay by scanning the QR (one-tap "pay in app" links are blocked by UPI rules for these accounts). The hosted payment page shows the QR and guides customers on the same phone.
