ShubhGateway is payment software, not a bank or a payment aggregator. Every live payment is made directly to your own Paytm for Business account over UPI, and Paytm settles it to your bank account on its usual schedule — check Paytm for Business → Settlements for timings.
ShubhGateway records every confirmed payment in Settlements & ledger, so your books and reconciliation stay in one place, but we never hold, route or delay your funds.
